High-end ECUs do it by default. Holley gives you the option to set it up on your own. Fuel Pressure should be a part of EVERY fuel model, with Holley’s advanced tables you can add it to your system and have the added benefit of protection, and more accurate fueling both during normal operation, and when/if your fuel system/pressure becomes compromised. This is a nice safety plus improves the fueling model on Holley EFI!
